Here is the boy! He now has a name, Orin
I'll paste the info here:
Here’s some info
I’ve just been calling him “Buff Bab” this whole timehis hair is somewhat akin to animal fur, so it’s a bit harder than human hair and kind of heavy, so when it’s longer his ears just flop under it
might, then, tie something to his forehead to keep the fringe away
took a huge blow to his left leg that broke important bones and now has metal parts to it, fixing the damage. Limps a little because of it too, aside from the huge scar
the second most important scar for his design is the one on the chin that blocks beard from growing
has a tiny tail that “might” wiggle a bit
pained the orange details on his clothes himself, he really likes orange
he is an herbalist/healer
doesn’t like people talking about his ears
likes hot drinks
all the scars, or most of them, come from venturing into situations way to dangerous to get new ingredients and meds
he is pansexual!
If you're going to take time to comment, I have a feel questions that I'd love to see answered
His colors look nice? The other option is the reddest tone, over the eye zoom
and his clothing? fine?
what do you think of him in general, character wise?

Hi,
The amount of detail poured into the visual design of the character is admirable! Good colour combinations and the outfit design suit his descption quite well. The addition of a bag carrying his gathered herbs is a nice touch, although maybe there could be some herbs or plants sticking out of the bag to show just how much he has gathered.
In the description you mention the character's scars. My question is which of the yellow-ish lines are scars and which are hairs? There are yellow-ish lines on his fingers, hands and arms and it is difficult to determine whether these lines represent scars and which represent hair. I think it might become more clear what is a scar and what is a hair if the specific lines were different colours. For example, make all the scars a red-brown colour. Also, if, for example, the lines on his hands are scars, I'd suggest making them appears in a more random pattern. In the description you mention many of his scars are from venturing to dangerous places to find ingredients and medicinal herbs; so that concludes that the scars he would get from these kinds of encounters would be from nature (trees, branches). Thus the scars would be from one scrape here, another scrape there - producing a more random pattern.
Other than that, this is a great character design!
